At GOLF Partner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your new or pre-owned clubs don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all tags and headcovers included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your GOLF Partner account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the golf clubs or accessories in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
